SAND ART HAIR

Rainbow-haired American model, Chloe Nørgaard, has been rocking this ‘My Little Pony’ style for years, and it is only now that people are brave enough to replicate the look. Layer on layer of fruity colours create the illusion of a bottle of rainbow sand art and the finished result makes an impact as well as a feeling of nostalgia. A gorgeous spectrum of colours is painted onto pre-lightened hair to create stripes of multi tonal colour. This trend is following on from the dip-dye style of season’s past and is ideal for fashion-forward clients looking for trend-led styles.

RONZE

Autumnal copper and auburn hues are set to be a huge a trend this A/W15, where a magical mixture of red and bronze will fuse to create ‘Ronze’ – think multi-tonal, auburn bronze warm browns with rich red warm copper hues. Hair colour this season is all about healthy, high-shine, luscious lock and this trend will work perfectly.

CONTRASTING TONES

Models at the AW15 Ashish show were the very definition of ‘hot mess’ and the designer brought inspiration in from the punk era with a DIY-effect choppy fringed mullet style. Fringes of different hues were taken from the collection’s palette of faux furs, in shades of lavender grey, mink, yellow and copper, which oozed coolness. From season to season we see contrasting tones, but seeing the fringe take centre stage created a bold colour statement that is set to be a huge hit this season.
